    A:  A group of excursion/sightseeing lines, charter yachts, recreational boaters, marinas, waterfront non-profits and businesses and liveaboards that is trying to reduce the overall occurrences of individual and cumulative wakes damages and injuries while not discouraging the use of our waterways for both commercial and recreational activities.
